Hi there. I’m Lauren Mclane Woodward.
A meditation teacher and fitness instructor involved in the health industry for 8+ years, working with people of all ages, body types and backgrounds both in the USA and Australia.
The purpose behind my coaching is to serve people who want to reduce stress and chronic pain in their daily lives and create a safe space for connection and personal growth.
Some of the most effective ways to reduce stress and anxiety is by mindfully moving these stresses out of the body through the modalities of strength training, stretch, meditation and neurofascial release (Melt Method), which you have access to on this platform.
As your coach, creating a safe and positive environment where you feel seen and heard is my utmost priority. You will share space with likeminded people who are on a similar journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Depending on where you are located in the world, this connection may happen virtually or in person at my weekly / monthly scheduled classes in Sydney Australia.
