Personal / Group Fitness Trainer & Mobility Coach
As a personal and group fitness trainer at Fitness Avenue, I find immense joy in helping clients transform their fitness journeys. Each day, I work closely with individuals and small groups of all ages, tailoring workouts to their unique goals and abilities.
Classes are 8 people max which allows me to create a supportive environment where everyone feels seen and heard.
Whether it’s guiding a beginner through their first squat or pushing an experienced athlete to hit new personal bests, I am dedicated to motivating and challenging my clients. -
Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher
Attend a guided meditation held online via Zoom from the comfort of your home.
My meditation style does not subscribe to a specific spiritual or religious affiliation, but rather focuses on the mechanical and scientific benefits of conscious breathing and relaxation.
Each session will begin with an introduction and overview of the meditation style / technique used. The meditation itself will run between 30-45 minutes in length and will conclude with journaling and reflection (approx 90 minutes total).
I welcome all levels of meditators from beginner to experienced. Arrive to each session in comfortable loose clothing and in a quiet / undistracted environment.

Beaches Wellness Retreats (in Aus & Worldwide)
Jodi Winter (Fitness Avenue) and I want to empower women through education, support, connections, health and mindfulness at our ongoing workshops & retreats.
Our workshops are often held monthly at the gym, with retreats running quarterly throughout the year.
Our next FULL DAY retreat is Sunday 2nd March 2025 @ Warriewood Surf Club (limited to 20 spots).
