Using soft therapy balls, this technique targets your body’s connective tissue, improving hydration and reducing pain.

I love starting with a simple ‘friction’ technique under the palm of one hand (using the surface of a table).
Note - I can also perform this with a ball between both hands.

Place the large soft ball under your palm, apply very light pressure, and roll it in small quick circles / scribbles up and down your palm and fingers for 20 seconds.
This movement stimulates neural pathways and rehydrates fascia, easing stiffness in your wrists, hands and fingers.
Repeat this on the other side for 20 seconds.
You can do this technique alone and you will receive some amazing benefits!
